The City's New Address

Developed in collaboration with Corcoran Sunshine, the campaign positioned Sutton Tower as a defining address on Manhattan's East Side. The brief was simple, elevate the traditional real estate video in a way that is yet to be done. How we did it? We created light as a character and had the film scored to give it a bespoke feeling.
